Hold a public hearing and take action on a Certificate of Appropriateness, HC-23-0002, a request to replace siding, roofing, windows, add two windows on the south elevation and two windows on the north elevation, add a porch along the front of the house with a handicap ramp along the south side of the house, add a new porch roof over the porch, and replace the chain-link fence in the front yard, located at the southwest corner of North Wisconsin Avenue and 3rd Street, with the address 303 North Wisconsin Avenue.
