UM, AND COMPARING THESE TWO, WE'LL GO INTO DETAIL A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT WHAT THE 2025 UH, PROPOSALS ARE. BUT JUST COMPARING THE 2006 PUD WITH THE, UH, 2025 PUD, SOME HIGH POINTS OF THAT, UM, THE 2006 PUD INCLUDED AN ADDITIONAL 274 ACRES, SO YOU CAN SEE IT'S A LITTLE BIT, UM, SMALLER IN SIZE IN 2025. UH, ADDITIONALLY WITH THE 2025 PUD, IT'S GONNA BE A LITTLE BIT LESS DENSE. YOU SEE THAT THERE'S A LITTLE BIT, UH, FEWER LOTS PROPOSED, UM, AND THERE'S MORE AREA THAT'S GONNA BE DEDICATED TO DRAINAGE AND DETENTION. ADDITIONALLY, IN THE 2006 LLOYD PUD MULTIFAMILY WAS PERMITTED BY, RIGHT. CURRENTLY, UM, MOVING, THIS IS MOSTLY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. YOU HAVE A FEW COMMERCIAL PODS AT SOME OF THE INTERSECTIONS, AND THERE'S ALSO A MIDDLE SCHOOL SITE, UM, LOCATED ON THE TOP LEFT OF THE PROPERTY. MOVING DOWN, WE, WE WILL TAKE A LOOK AT THE LLOYD CENTRAL PUD. SO THIS IS APPROXIMATELY 200 HUNDRED AND 45 ACRES IN SIZE. AND AS YOU CAN SEE, IT'S LARGELY GOING TO BE COMMERCIAL. UH, OF NOTE THAT THIS DOES ALSO INCLUDE A 32.2 ACRE CITY, A PARK THAT WILL BE DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF LAKE CITY, AND IT ALSO INCLUDES A FOUR ACRE FIRE STATION, A LOG BALDON PARKWAY THAT WILL ALSO BE DEDICATED TO THE CITY. SO JUST COMPARING, THIS IS BRIEFLY COMPARING THE THREE PUDS TO EACH OTHER. UM, WE COMPARE, YOU KNOW, THE LOT AREA, UM, OUR RESIDENTIAL ACREAGE, OUR COMMERCIAL ACREAGE, AND THE SINGLE FAMILY LOTS. UM, BETWEEN EACH AS STATED, LLOYD, NORTH AND SOUTH ARE GONNA BE LARGELY RESIDENTIAL, AND LLOYD CENTRAL IS GOING TO BE LARGELY COMMERCIAL. OF NOTE, THE PUBLIC PARKLAND REQUIREMENT FOR LLOYD NORTH IS GOING TO BE MET BY THAT 32.2 ACRE CITY PARK AND LLOYD SOUTH AND THAT FOUR ACRE FIRE STATION, SO COMBINED IT'S 36 ACRES AND THOSE TWO TRACKS WILL SATISFY THE PUBLIC PARKLAND REQUIREMENT FOR BOTH LLOYD NORTH AND LLOYD SOUTH. UM, SO THAT'S WHY IT MAY SAY ZERO ON LLOYD NORTH, BUT THEY DO HAVE THEIR PARKLAND PROVIDED AND LLOYD CENTRAL, THEIR PARKLAND WILL BE DECIDED OR, UM, CALCULATED AT THE TIME THAT THE MULTI-FAMILY UNITS ARE PROPOSED. AS THERE ARE NO MULTI-FAMILY UNITS PROPOSED RIGHT NOW, WE CAN'T CALCULATE HOW MUCH THEY WOULD BE REQUIRED, BUT THAT WOULD OCCUR, UM, AT TIME OF PROPOSAL. SO BASED UPON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED, UM, STAFFS DETERMINED THAT THE PROPOSED PUDS ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND WEST SIDE MASTER PLAN. UH, THE PUDS DO PROVIDE ADEQUATE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PARKLAND AND TRAILS. UH, THE PD WILL PROVIDE TWO MIDDLE SCHOOL SITES. THE PITIES WILL FACILITATE THE EXTENSION OF MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE MAJOR THOROUGHFARE. THEY WILL DEDICATE TO THE CITY A FOUR ACRE TRACT FOR A FIRE STATION AND A 32.2 ACRE TRACK FOR A CITY PARK. UH, BOTH WILL PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENTS THROUGHOUT THE PUD AND BOTH WILL PROPOSE A MIX OF, I'M SORRY, ALL THREE WILL PROPOSE OF VARIOUS, UH, SINGLE FAMILY LOT TYPES BASED ON THE CRITERIA LISTED ABOVE. UM, BUT WE ALSO HAVE THE, THE SPOTS ALONG THE MAJOR THOROUGHFARES, UM, THE INTERSECTIONS THERE. UM, AND, AND WE'RE COMFORTABLE WITH THE AMOUNT OF COMMERCIAL COM PROPOSED IN THIS DEVELOPMENT.
