THIS IS REALLY GONNA BE THE MAIN CHANGE, UH, FOR THIS MASTER PLAN. PRETTY MUCH THE SECTION WAS JUST LAED OUT BEFORE IT WAS A BUBBLE. NOW IT HAS BEEN LOTTED OUT AND THE REC CENTER HAS REDUCED IN SIZE SLIGHTLY. UM, BUT THE OVERALL MASTER PLAN IS STILL COMPLIANT WITH THEIR PARKS AND OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS. SO EVEN THOUGH THE PARKS REDUCED, UM, THEY'RE, THEY'RE STILL IN COMPLIANCE WITH PARKS AND OPEN SPACE. THIS, UH, IS AN OVERALL CHART OF ALL THE ACREAGES BEFORE IN THE FIFTH MASTER PLAN AND ALL THE ACREAGES IN THE SIXTH MASTER PLAN. SO YOU CAN SEE EXACTLY WHERE THOSE ACREAGES ARE CHANGING. UM, LIKE I SAID, IT'S MAINLY GONNA BE IN THAT SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AND THE, UM, PARKS AND OPEN SPACE THAT YOU'RE SEEING THE DIFFERENCE. UM, JUST TO SUMMARIZE IT, THE UH, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LAND USES INCREASED BY 2.2 ACRES AND THE RECREATIONAL CENTER LAND USES DECREASED BY 2.2 ACRES. UH, MULTIFAMILY LAND USES ACTUALLY DECREASED BY 2.3 ACRES AND LANDSCAPED AREAS INCREASED BY 2.3 ACRES. AND WHAT THIS WAS IS JUST TO ACCOUNT FOR A LANDSCAPE BUFFER AND THEIR, UM, URBAN VILLAGE AREA. SO THAT IS WHY YOUR MULTIFAMILY DECREASED A LITTLE, BUT THE LANDSCAPED AREA INCREASED. UM, AND WITH THOSE DECREASES IN SINGLE FAMILY AREA, YOU'LL HAVE A, IN, I'M SORRY, WITH THE INCREASE OF SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AREAS, YOU HAVE AN INCREASE OF 13 LOTS. UM, THERE'S STILL IN COMPLIANCE WITH, UH, THE PUD. SO THEY'RE STILL WITHIN THEIR RANGES OF WHAT IS PERMITTED FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL USES. AND THEIR TOWN HOMES DID DECREASE BY 14 UNITS. OKAY. AND YOU'VE PROBABLY JUST SAID THAT, BUT THIS IS ALL WITHIN THE, THE ALLOWED AMOUNT THAT THEY CAN DO AND WE CAN APPROVE. IS THAT CORRECT? YES, EVERYTHING IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PD. OKAY.
