IT'S FOR ONE INDUSTRIAL LOT ZONE LIMITED INDUSTRIAL, UH, STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE, UH, FINAL PLAT OF MOORES EDITION BLOCK 16 LOT FOUR A BECAUSE IT MEETS ALL THE, UH, REQUIREMENTS OF STATE AND LOCAL CODE FOR APPROVAL OF A FINAL PLAT.

ALSO, UM, JUST A REMINDER THAT THIS MORNING, UH, CHRISTOPHER SIMS, THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, DID A FOLLOW-UP EMAIL WITH REGARDS TO THE UPDATE TO THE, UM, RESCHEDULING OF THE CIAC MEETING.
IF YOU HAVE NOT, UH, RESPONDED HIM, WE, WE WOULD KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU DO SO THAT WAY WE CAN COMPLETE THE QUORUM.
