THE REQUEST BEFORE YOU TONIGHT IS FOR THE FIFTH REVISION TO THE DUNCAN TRACK MASTER PLAN, WHICH IS IN THE DUNCAN PUD.
UM, AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE SCREEN ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE, YOU'LL SEE THE CURRENTLY APPROVED MASTER PLAN, THE REVISION FOUR WITH THE PROPOSED MASTER PLAN, UH, WHICH WILL, UH, POTENTIALLY BE THE FIFTH REVISION.
AS YOU CAN SEE, THEY ARE, UM, WHAT WE CALL LOTTING OUT SEVERAL OF THE, UM, UH, SECTIONS, UH, FOR EXAMPLE IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER AS WELL AS THE SOUTHEAST CORNER JUST ABOVE, UH, THE GRAND PARKWAY.
AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE TABLE THAT WAS PROVIDED TO YOU IN YOUR STAFF REPORT.
OVERALL, THE LAND USE ACCOUNTS WERE APPROXIMATELY 1.9, UH, 8% OF THE OVERALL LAND USES FOR THE DUNCAN PUD, WHICH IT MAKES IT WELL BELOW THE 15% THRESHOLD.
