I, I KNOW THIS IS KIND OF HARD TO SEE, BUT THIS IS THEIR SURVEY WITH THE EXISTING DECK. AND IN BLUE IS GOING TO BE THE PROFILE OF THE ROOF FROM ABOVE. UM, THE FIRST SLIDE IS THE SKETCH WITH THE DIMENSIONS OF THE ROOF AND THE PITCH. AND THE SECOND SLIDE IS BASICALLY FROM ABOVE. YOU CAN KIND OF SEE THE, THE LINES OF THE DECK THAT ARE LIGHTER. MM-HMM, . SO THE PROPOSED ROOF WILL MATCH THE EXISTING ROOF OVER THE FRONT PORCH AT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. THE ROOF MATERIALS, THE ROOF SHAPE, AND ALL THE VERTICAL SURFACES ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE HISTORIC DESIGN GUIDELINES AND CONSISTENT WITH THE EXISTING ROOF OVER THE FRONT PORCH. SO THE STAFF FINDINGS, THE HISTORIC RESOURCE SURVEY INDICATES THAT THE PROPERTY IS A NON-CONTRIBUTING STRUCTURE TO THE DISTRICT. UM, THE MATERIALS USED FOR THE ROOF EDITION ARE CONSISTENT. I MATERIAL WITH THE HISTORIC DISTRICT GUIDELINES AND THE STYLE AND DESIGN OF THE ROOF MATCHES THE EXISTING ROOF OVER THE PORCH ON THE NORTH WITH NORTHWEST ELEVATION OF THE HOUSE.
