UH, FOR THE RECORD, MY NAME IS MARK LIN SCHMIDT, PLANNING MANAGER FOR THE CITY OF LAKE CITY.
THIS REQUEST BEFORE YOU TONIGHT IS ESSENTIALLY AN UPDATE TO A MASTER PLAN.
UM, THEY, THEY'RE SLOWLY BUT SURELY FILLING IN THE LOTS AS THEY DEVELOP FOR THE SAMARA.
AND JUST AS A REMINDER, THIS IS IN THE DUNCAN PUD.
SO THE SOUTHERN HALF OF THE DEVELOPMENT THAT YOU SEE KIND OF IN THE BEIGE AT THE SOUTH IS THE TRICAL SUBDIVISION.
THE FERRYING NORTH PORTION IS WHAT WE CALL THE SAMARA SUBDIVISION.
AND THAT'S WHAT THIS PART OF THE MASTER PLAN WILL AFFECT THAT PORTION OF IT BASED ON THE OVERALL CHANGES, UM, IT'S, UH, JUST OVER 1%, WHICH MEETS THE, THE 15% THRESHOLD.

THEY ARE PROPOSING 77 RESIDENTIAL LOTS WITH TWO RESTRICTED RESERVES.
IT DOES MEET ALL, UM, LOCAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS AND THEY HA AS WELL AS HAVE PAID THEIR PARKS FEES, STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL.
AND THIS IS ONE THAT UH, WE ACTUALLY HAVE TO HAVE, WE HAVE TO TAKE ACTION ON IT.
