UM, BASED ON THE COMPARISON OF THE LAND USE TABLE WITH THE THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, IT IS WITHIN THE 15%, UH, THRESHOLD REQUIREMENT.
ALSO, BASED ON THE COMPARISON WITH THE CURRENT MASTER PLAN, THERE'S, UH, YOU KNOW, VERY MICRO, VERY MINOR ACREAGES.
UM, AND STAFF DOES RECOMMEND APPROVAL.
