Consider and take action on a Preliminary Plat – Coastal Point, Street Dedication (Plat-19-0142), generally located south of League City Parkway (SH 96) & Mar Bella PUD, north of FM 646, east of South Shore Boulevard & Whispering Lakes Ranch, and west of State Highway 146.
Consider and take action on a Final Plat – Butler Estates (Plat-18-0094), generally located on the west side of Louisiana Avenue between FM 518 and Poppy Street, addressed as 1880 Louisiana Avenue.
Public Hearing and Action Items A. Hold a public hearing and make a recommendation to City Council on an amendment to Chapter 125 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of League City, entitled “Zoning” to revise the following regulations: 1. Stacking, Queuing, and Drive-through Buffer regulations 2. Residential definitions and uses 3. Land Use regulation for non-retail sales tax generating use 4. Nonconforming regulations 5. Accessory Structure regulations 6. Mobile Food Vendor regulations 7. Short Term Rental regulations
