Public Hearing and Action Items Hold a public hearing and take action on Replat - Lakeside Addition, Lot 1A, Block 10, to replat approximately .2728 acres to create one lot zoned “RSF-5” (Residential Single-Family with a minimum lot size of 5,000 square feet), legally described as Lot 1 and the northerly half of Lot 2, Block 10, Lakeside Addition, generally located along the southeast intersection of Lakeside Drive and Valmar Street, with the address of 421 Lakeside Dive, League City, Texas.
