A. Hold a public hearing and take action for Zone Change Application, MAP-18-0007 (Landscape
Art), a request to rezone five parcels from RSF-5 (Single-Family Residential with a minimum lot
size of 5,000 square feet) to "CG" (General Commercial), totaling approximately 1.192 acres,
generally located along the east side of Dickinson Avenue between FM 646 and League City
Parkway (SH 96).
