New Business A. Consider and take action on a Final Plat – Tuscan Lakes SF 55-2 & 60-2 SE, generally located south of League City Parkway (State Highway 96) and east of Egret Bay Boulevard (FM 270). B. Consider and take action on a Preliminary/Final Plat – Sports Shed Boat and RV Storage, generally located north of Deke Slayton Boulevard (F.M. 518) and west of Lawrence Road, with the address being 1520 Lawrence Road.
Consider and take action on a Master Plan Revision - Victory Lakes, Section 7, generally north of FM 646, south of League City Parkway, east of Walker Street and west of State Highway 3.
Consider and take action on a Preliminary Plat - Victory Lakes, Section 7A, generally north of FM 646, south of League City Parkway, east of Walker Street and west of State Highway 3.
Hold a public hearing and take action on a Replat – Columbia Retail Subdivision, generally located north of Delesandri Lane, south of FM 518, and east of Columbia Memorial Parkway.
Hold a public hearing and make a recommendation to City Council to amend Section 125-72.B: Use Regulations – Commercial and Mixed Use Districts, Section 125-280.B. Terms Defined, and create Section 125-140.Q.: Exterior Masonry Requirements. The proposed ordinance adds new use regulations along major commercial corridors and provides for an exterior masonry standard for new construction within the City.
